The brief

Make the tasks that come up on every project repeatable, such as QA or client documentation, with guardrails before anything is written.

The challenge

Make long workflows reliable, with a human check at every step before anything is committed or sent. A hook blocks any theme from being published without explicit approval. Each agent gets the model and effort level suited to its task.

What I built

  • A QA skill: every piece of feedback becomes a measured fix, checked before and after, one commit per task.
  • Skills for client documentation and for the delivered data model, shared with the whole agency.
  • A model and effort grid for each agent, which keeps the heaviest model for the tasks that call for it.
  • From ticket to client message: QA in the browser and the fix on a dedicated branch.
  • Hooks: no theme gets published without my approval, schema checks on Liquid sections.
  • And a few others that stay secret ;)

Designed and written by me. A personal initiative, built at Axome between projects.
